The deadline for our October-November ReTree Art Show is September 7th – please share!

Each year, the Yampa Valley Sustainability Council plants and cares for thousands of trees through their community “ReTree Steamboat” program. Inspired by this program, YVSC and the Steamboat Springs Arts Council are teaming up to celebrate the natural beauty of our surroundings and art that is so often inspired by it. ReTree encompasses many of our organizations’ values: community, collaboration, giving, repurposing, nature, natural beauty, and more. Our vision is to provide artists with a platform to express “ReTree.”

The Steamboat Springs Arts Council (SSAC) and the Yampa Valley Sustainability Council (YVSC) invite artists to be inspired by ReTree and submit work for a group exhibition. The two-month show will be displayed in October and November as the Aspen trees turn our valley gold. Two- and three-dimensional work is allowed.

Trees, branches, planting, recycling, forests, renewal…
