Join Yampa Valley Sustainability Council and the Steamboat Springs Chamber for the second of four ‘Business Leadership for Climate’ workshops and learn about the benefits of state-level recognition and how to earn points to reach Bronze-level certification year one.

• Provide a brief overview of the green business program and the support role they can play in connecting your business with state resources.
• Walk through the recognition application process and how to earn points.
• Foster the growth of our Yampa Valley green business community.

Green business ‘office hours’

Can’t attend the event? Join the Colorado Green Business Network of the Yampa Valley team for ‘office hours’ at the Bud Werner Memorial Library Coffee Bar. No RSVP is required, just drop by, grab a free coffee and a snack and ask any questions you have to our group of professionals. ‘Office hours’ are on the last Wednesday of every month from 8:30-9:30 a.m.

The Colorado Green Business Network of the Yampa Valley (CGBN-YV) was launched the summer of 2022 as a free, technical assistance and environmental recognition program. The program is run by Yampa Valley Sustainability Council (YVSC), a regional partner of the Colorado Department of Public Health and Environment (CDPHE) Green Business Network (CGBN). The goal of the program is to connect businesses who want to distinguish their processes and products by environmental and sustainability performance with technical resources and the tracking platforms to do so.
