Yampa Valley Sustainability Council receives Award for Excellence in Volunteer Management
The Yampa Valley Sustainability Council advances environmental sustainability through education and programs—effectively engaging residents—and by building broad-based collaboration. This council uses effective planting techniques to help ensure the long-term survival of the trees. Using their effective volunteer engagement programs as a best practice model, Yampa Valley Sustainability Council is now inspiring and showing others the way to efficient, effective volunteer management.
