Last week, YVSC wrapped up our 30 Friends in 30 Days campaign for monthly recurring donations, but the opportunity and benefits don’t end here. Friends of YVSC is an ongoing way to support YVSC’s many great programs, events, and efforts to help sustain our great quality of living in the Yampa Valley. By spreading out your annual contribution with a monthly gift, you make donating to YVSC easy, affordable and automatic.
Giving at any level supports YVSC for months to come:
- By dedicating yourself to donating one latte’s worth a month (just a $5 monthly donation) YVSC can purchase 30 seedling trees for ReTree Steamboat.
- For 10 songs on iTunes ($10/month) YVSC can provide an energy efficiency training for homeowners.
- For the cost of 2 drinks on any given Friday night ($15/month) you can support one Talking Green event, educating adults on topics from A(quaponics) to Z(ero Waste).
- For 2 movie tickets for two, (or $20/month) you can sponsor 10 kids to attend YVSC’s annual Youth Eco Summit.
