2024 YBR Conference Agenda Draft What: A two-day conference titled Connecting the Drops: Linking Weather, Watersheds, and Communities for a Resilient Water Future When: May 29-30, 2024 Where: Allbright Auditorium, Colorado Mountain College, Steamboat Springs, CO Why: To bring together members of the local community, researchers from the Center for Western Weather and Water Extremes (CW3E), and regional subject matter experts for two days of exploration, discussion, and field learning focusing on how scientists and community can work together to build resilience in the face of Western water crisis. How: The Rendezvous will include morning talks by expert panelists and practitioners, lunch, afternoon field learning, and an evening community showcase and happy hour event.
