Calling all teens who love fun and the environment: Join the Climate Serve Showdown July 17 at Howelsen Hill Sand Courts!
The Climate Serve Showdown aims to create a safe environment among teens of Steamboat to learn about the environment in a fun way!
Sign up with the Google Form on the right for a volleyball tournament with various other environmental activities. Play a game of volleyball then participate in the other environmental mini-challenges to add points to the overall winning team.
If you do not have a team, no worries! We will group you with an already existing team or make a new team. Teams should consist of 4 to 6 players. The activities will include color by number painting mural, environmental Jenga, and climate change conversation cards.
To enter, you must bring five used batteries/power cords to recycle for free at the event. The showdown will take place on July 17, show up for registration at 10:15 a.m. Kickoff will be at 11 a.m. The winners will be announced at 12:45 p.m.
