STEAMBOAT SPRINGS — The Bureau of Land Management is seeking public nominations for its northwest resource advisory council, which consists of 15 residents with diverse interests in public land management, including conservationists, ranchers, outdoor recreationalists, state and local government officials and energy industry representatives.

The council provides advice to the BLM on public land issues and covers the BLM Northwest District, including the Colorado River Valley, Kremmling, Little Snake and White River field offices.
