The first workshop in our “Bringing Your Food Product to Market” series will be on Food Safety for Cottage Food Producers. This workshop will explain the ins-and-outs of home production of foods for sale. Those who complete this three-hour training will receive a Colorado Cottage Food Producer food safety training certificate of completion.
