The ReTree Steamboat community planting event, originally scheduled for Sunday, June 11, has been rescheduled to Sunday, June 25 due to rising water levels of the Yampa River. Yampa Valley Sustainability Council (YVSC), in partnership with the City of Steamboat Springs and Colorado State Forest Service, will be planting 200 alders, willows and red osier dogwood in Workman Park on Yampa Street.
