Join YVSC on Thursday, August 3 from 6-7:30 p.m. at Colorado Mountain College’s Bear Park Permaculture Center for a free workshop on water conservation practices and principles for gardens and landscaping. The workshop will draw on knowledge from local experts in the fields of landscaping, native plants, and permaculture and will focus on techniques for watering your landscape efficiently and ways to be water conscious in your landscaping and design to create a beautiful Yampascaped garden at home. After this panel presentation and Q&A, attendees will have the opportunity to tour Bear Park (including their amazing grow dome) to see many of these water conservation practices in action. This workshop is made possible with generous funding from the City of Steamboat Springs and Mount Werner Water and Sanitation District.
