This year marks the 53rd year of Earth Day, and YVSC is excited to partner with organizations and businesses to celebrate Earth Day on Saturday, April 8 from 10 a.m. – 1 p.m. at the Steamboat Ski Resort Base. This educational and fun family-friendly event will convene the community to celebrate and learn actions we can all take to be stewards of our beautiful Yampa Valley region.

All attendees will learn about actions they can take that help protect the Yampa Valley, from volunteering to steps at home, and there will be a wide variety of fun educational activities for for the whole family. Local artist, Jill Bergman, will have beautiful Earth Day prints available for purchase, the proceeds from which will be donated to local environmental nonprofits. If you aren’t able to make it to the event Jill’s prints and stickers are available for purchase at the link below. Items must be picked up from the YVSC office.
